The following message comes from your insurance coordinator:

Dear Delegates,
Last week I sent out your clubs' insurance certificates. I mailed them
to each delegate for each council. Pat pointed out to me that I did not
sent a letter with each packet letting you know what to do with them.
Please pass them on to your clubs, to someone responsible for their
clubs' business. Make a note of who you give them to. Some clubs have
more than one certificate. That is because they sent in more than one
location for their dances. If you do not get your envelope of
certificates, please contact me so we can get you copies. If you will e
mail me with a short note telling me you received your packet, I would
be grateful.
Thank you all for the great job in getting our insurance certificates on
time this year.
