[Ofsrdc] [Fwd: Dancing at the State Fair]

Hi Everyone,
   It has been decided that we will dance at the State Fair on the
weekends only as they were not able to give us any evening times.  They
will list square dancing in the daily brouchure for those 4 days. 
Please forward this to your club members, they maybe able to dance with
other groups if your club is unable to sponsor a time.
 
Aug. 25 & 26  from 1 till 2 and 3 till 4pm
Sept. 1 & 2  from 1 till 2 and then 3 till 4pm
 
   Please call Fran Bunch at 503-393-3405 to get your club and names of
your dancers signed up to dance.   Fran has to turn in the names of the
dancers to the fair so please help us get this done.   We need to have our
list of name into Fran by August 1st.
