Tim, could you forward the following to OFSRDC members.  Thank you.
 
Dr. Collada has scheduled me for back surgery on Thursday, June 28th. 
He said it will be a major procedure, fusing L-3 & 4 and L-4 & 5 and
inserting four bolts in my spine and decompressing some of the bones in
my spine.  He said it will be a 4 to 5 hour operation and I will be in
the Salem Hospital at least 4 or 5 days.  They are also fitting me with
a back brace which I should wear before and after the surgery.  My
recovery will be at least 3 months so I will be cancelling our trip to
the Seaside Summer Festival and our trip to Canada.  He stated my
mobility in the future will be limited.
 
If anyone contacts the hospital, my name will be Carol Virginia Myers.
