The Mid-Winter Festival decoration committee has asked me to forward the
following request regarding the display boards that were first tried
last year.

Mid Winter Festival

***Decorations***

 

Mid Winter Festival Decorations Committee is in gear and getting ready
for our Winter Wonderland theme in January 2008.

 

Last year Dancer's went "all out" to decorate display boards for their
Club's events and received many compliments as they were viewed by all
who attended the Mid Winter Festival.   What GREAT FUN and wonderful
ideas clubs came up with when given a chance to advertise their events,
dances and campouts! 

 

We are going to continue the Display boards again this year, so here are
the guide lines.....

 

Use a sturdy board Approximately 32" x 48" preferred tall side up, you
can purchase display boards at most office supply stores.

 

Please Decorate your board with your club's flyers, banners, pictures,
events, and/or Winter Wonderland theme.  Use this board to represent and
advertise for your club! 

 

PLEASE PUT YOUR CLUB'S NAME ON THE BOARD.

 

Bring your board to the MWF 2008, a Decorations Committee Member will
hang it up or lean it against an easel and we will attach them on the
easel's throughout the day.  You may take your board following MWF.
