[Ofsrdc] Club Secretaries

We are coming up to officer election time again.  The P&Ps require that 
the ballots for all such elections be mailed to your club secretary.

Our Corresponding Secretary, Glory, who handles the election mailing 
process, has asked me to remind you that we need current information for 
all of the club secretaries in your council.  If a club has had a change 
in secretary from the 2007-2008 directory, that change needs to be 
communicated to the Membership Chairman and the Corresponding Secretary 
before the end of February.

If the information in the directory is not accurate, the club stands a 
good chance of being disenfranchised.
