[Ofsrdc] Agenda Items

I am doing the agenda for the Federation meeting this week.  I would like any agenda items to be submitted by Tuesday or Wednesday so I can send it out by next weekend.

Things to be discussed so far include:

Nominations of officer candidates from Immediate Past President
New Randall Award nominations go out by Immediate Past President
Membership forms distributed by Membership
Information from Eastern Oregon Council about the May meeting
Information from Kay and Jim Rogers about if they want to be nominated for Western Region Vice President again for United Square Dancers of America

Everyone will get a fresh copy of the Practices and Procedures and Constitution and By Laws.  I approved the printing and need approval from the board to accept my decision.
