You'll recall that Bill Reid mentioned at the November meeting that all 
tax-exempt organization would be required to file the new Forn 990-N 
"e-Postcard" this year (and forevermore).  I've had a couple of 
inquiries about when this will be available, so I asked the friendly and 
helpful folks at the Internal Revenue Service.  Their reply is attached.

I will keep checking and let you know.

The Form 990-N (also known as the e-Postcard) system will be available
later this month.  It is a free, easy web based system.  There will be
no paper version of the form.

We will announce the availability of the e-Postcard system as soon as it
is available for use.  Please continue to check the IRS web site at
