To all Officers & Delegates,

Just a short message to remind you of the TVC Meeting Monday at 7:30 PM. Come 
earlier if you want to have dinner before the meeting.........Barbara

Joyce Clark sent this to me to email to all TVC members as she needs this 
infromation for the new TVC Directory.

Due to a mix-up, we have not received information necessary to produce the
new TVC directory.   In order to get the directory completed, we need every
club to e-mail this information to:  clarknet at aracnet.com  this week, if you
cannot e-mail the information, please bring it in written form to the TVC
meeting and give to the Vice President, Gary Clark.

Club Name and dance level, the names and phone numbers of your President,
Secretary, Delegates, Caller and Cuer, your dance location and what days and
time you dance.

We thank you for your quick response to this so we can get a correct TVC
Directory printed and distributed in the next few weeks.
