Thank you for your cooperation with the End of the Season Turn In.

The next step, assuming all of your section's folders are in your 
possession, (please!) pull the following items for inventory:
America the Beautiful
American River Songs
Barnum and Bailey
The Good Old USA
Irish Washerwoman
Looney Tunes
Patriotic Sing a long
Prairie Dances

(This is your chance to clear out any music that has been hiding in the 
folders!  Please turn these escapees in with the above.)

The following pieces should remain in the folders (September 10th 
Concert pieces and warm up)

Amparito Roca
Bach Chorales
Pirates of the Caribbean
Riders for the flag
The Sousa Book
Tomorrow River Fantasy
To Reap the Blessings of Freedom

These other pieces will stay in the folder for the October Concert:
GERSHWIN!
Sky Valley Festival
Star Spangled Banner (John Williams' version)

The next list will be the music I'll be pulling from the Library per 
Steve's request for the next season's play list.  When you have the old 
music ready for me we can arrange to meet or you can come to my house 
and I'll have the new music ready for you to insert into your section 
members' folders.

I will be out of town for the first two weeks of September, so I would 
like to have the music for turn in, in my possession no later than 
August 14 (Monday). That will give me enough time to get the music back 
into the Library before I leave.

Email or call to arrange for exchange of music. I will be ready as soon 
as I hear from Steve. I believe he will be letting us know what the 
Season will bring, very soon!
