[Tvcb] Section Leader Turn-in information

 Thank you for your cooperation with the End of the Season Turn In.

The next step, assuming all of your section's folders are in your  
possession, (please!) pull all music except the Bach Book and Sousa  
Book from the folders.

Please have the music to me ASAP!  A turn in this size takes me about  
an hour per score start to finish and I need all the music in to  
finish the turn in!! (Please excuse the whiny tone)
You can drop it off at my house or we can arrange a midpoint meeting  
place. You can email or call me: 503-590-5890, feel free to leave a  
message, I will get back to you!

I will put together section music for the Birthday Concert and fall  
season with Steve’s picks. These selections will be ready for your  
sections’ folders at the first rehearsal.
I will arrange them in two separate folders so section leaders can  
hang onto the fall selections until after the Birthday Concert . That  
concert music will just be coming right back in on the following  
Tuesday!! (No 3 week notice, if someone in your section is not going  
to be at the Tuesday following the concert, PLEASE get their music  
from them after concert!!)
