Symphony Hall Boston

Dear Band,
This is my postcard. I was visiting my son in Boston, the highlight  
of my visit was this concert. Tribute to Arthur Fiedler,
selections included Fiddle Faddle!, and the Typewriter, Carmen Suite  
and the third encore (pictured here) The Stars and Stripes forever!  
(That was when the flag was furled)
The concert stared with Procession of the Nobles and ended with a  
tribute to George Lucas and Steven Spielberg, Williams directing with  
a laptop open on the podium to film clips from Jaws, Star Wars  
Raiders and E.T.
Other selections included Carousel Waltz and Fiddler on the Roof with  
solo violin.
Quite a memorable experience.
