[Tvcb] June 6th Evergreen Museum opening

Once again, your reputation precedes you.  We have been asked to perform for
the opening of the new space exhibit at the Evergreen Museum in McMinnville.
Before you say yes, it's Friday morning and would require a call time of
8:30 AM in McMinnville.  The board has approved the performance if, and this
is a big if, we can sit a balanced band.  
 
For those new members, we have a history with this venue.  We have played
there three other times.  It's like playing in an echo chamber but the crowd
is always very appreciative of our efforts.  
 
I need the section leaders to poll their sections and get back to me ASAP as
to how many players could make a Friday morning event.  IF you say yes, you
need to make the gig!  We will have limited instrumentation and every part
will be important.
